The short version

1. YouTube and Google

Standing Brief uses YouTube API Services. By using Standing Brief, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Standing Brief is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by YouTube or Google. Numbers we calculate ourselves, such as money at stake or how your channel compares with your niche, are our estimates, not YouTube figures.

You can remove our access to your Google account at any time at Google security settings, or in your Standing Brief settings.

2. What Standing Brief does

It does not act on your channel, contact YouTube for you, or file anything on your behalf.

3. Not advice, no promised outcome

What we show you is information, based on YouTube's data, YouTube's published rules and our own estimates. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Decisions about your channel, appeals and disputes are yours.

We can't control YouTube. We don't promise that an alert will reach you in time, that a video or channel will be restored, or that an appeal or dispute will succeed.

4. Your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We tell you by email first, unless the law or safety requires otherwise.

5. Price and payment

6. Cancelling and refunds

7. The free scan

The free scan on standingbrief.com reads public data about the channel you enter, through the YouTube Data API. It is free, has daily limits, and may stop or change at any time. We don't keep the data after the scan ends.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Standing Brief running, but it may be slow or unavailable at times, including when YouTube or Google's services are. We may change or stop features. If we stop the whole service, we tell you at least 30 days before and refund any unused part of what you paid.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows:

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer that can't be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country you live in.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Standing Brief after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
